GHFS-GT-TROur philosophy on Guided Fly Fishing Trips is simple: Have tons of fun, see new water, learn new techniques, and do our best to catch some amazing fish. Each trip is designed to highlight the best the area has to offer in fly fishing experiences. Whether you are a total novice or a seasoned angler, we have a trip for you.

Saltwater Kayak Fly Fishing
Our signature and most popular trip is our saltwater kayak fly fishing trips. We have a large fleet of Native Watercraft and Hobie Cat fishing kayaks which are super stable and foot powered so you don’t have to put your rod down. Learn more about this trip by clicking here.

Puget Sound Beaches
Come explore the beaches of Puget Sound in search of Sea Run Cutthroat and salmon.  A great local fishery filled with stunning views and an un-crowded atmosphere. Done as a half day, this is a great option for those who want to get out on the water without having a full day to spare. Available year-round. Learn more about this trip by clicking here.

Fall Salmon Float Trip
After we’re done chasing salmon in the saltwater we turn to the rivers. There are several rivers in western Washington we guide, some less than an hour and a half from Gig Harbor. Learn more about this trip by clicking here.

GHFS-GT-SmileOlympic Peninsula Steelhead
If you dream of dime bright steelhead straight from the ocean, this trip is for you. Learn more about this trip by clicking here.

Spey Casting
Spey casting and swinging flies for steelhead or salmon represent the ultimate in fly fishing challenge and reward. Spending a day swinging flies for steelhead on the fabled waters of the Olympic Peninsula is an experience not to be forgotten. The Olympic Peninsula is known for its large, wild winter steelhead that return from January thru April. But hatchery summer and winter steelhead, as well as salmon make this a truly year round fishery. All levels of fly fisherman are gladly welcomed, but previous experience with a spey rod will greatly help your chances of catching a steelhead on this trip.
